At any time you can request a gratitude journal link, a "gratjo link", via text or by signing in. Use the form to enter something for which you are grateful. Explain in as much detail as you have time for specifically why you are grateful.
Hint: Writing about people you are grateful for tends to be more powerful than writing about objects or things.
