So far I have enjoyed the daily quick messages. They have all been wise and common sense messages many of which I have not thought about recently.
I am grateful that you are helping me with a positive response and meditation.
I am grateful for the experience of the 7 day challenge. It opened up some new possibilities for me to consider!
I have been recently been diagnosed with anxiety, panic disorder and ptsd so Take 2 Minutes has been an amazing thing for me and I am so thankful to you all. The challenge was a great way to break things up and to keep me distracted. Thank you!
I want to say that I am very thankful for this service that you provide. When things are tough and your mind is crowded with troubles, it can be difficult to remember that there are better days. This service butts into the middle of all those troubles and asks me to remember and focus on the way those good days felt.
This is the most positive experience I've had with a mood tracking service, and I feel confident that I would recommend it to others.
The journals also had prompts that were available as an additional activity in the journal, which allowed me to reflect on other things in my life that bring me joy or that I am grateful for in general. I found this very helpful because occasionally the prompt would be related to media or music, and allowed me to reflect on the joy I feel from those things, as well as how grateful I am to have them as a resource in my life.
I have started to experience more positive emotions using the app which in turn made me a much happier person in general. I find it interesting that the activities were text-based. This is very good because it appeals to the people of our current generation. I found that the social positivity part where the app texts you positive things was very cool. It almost felt like you were receiving a text from a friend that is positive and joyful. I loved the fact that this was incorporated by the app and helped me increase my self-esteem.
I am grateful for holding myself to complete activites even on the days I didn't want to. I can feel my mind starting to think of theĀ positiveĀ things and getting excited to write down whatever happened on my 3 good things later that day.
