Also, since it is a text-based app system, the messages were very short and simple to read, as opposed to a long paragraph in an email.

 8   My absolute favorite part of the app was the 3 good things (3GT). I love that I was able to set a timer where the system will send a friendly reminder to complete it. With the 3GT portion I really had to reflect on my day. There was one day where I had to really think hard about the 3GT because it was a difficult day. However, this helped me to slow down and think about the small things and how grateful I am to even be able to complete another day. This system has shifted my mindset in a positive light. I highly recommend take 2 minutes.

 9   Thank you for creating this service. I found it on a you tube video call anxiety and depression. I have suffered from depression my entire life. I have dozens of books of journaling. This website is so helpful because it helps me focus on the positive things in my life. I want to thank you.
