7 This app has been very helpful for me I suffer from extreme anxiety but I'm also a CEO of a non-profit and all kinds of other boring information but it's a huge puzzle piece of disconnection. Your app helps me stay grounded. I have a lot of people relying on me. I could go on and on, but I feel like I'm not alone; especially because it pops up and it's like getting a call from my mom.

I experience a great deal of depression and anxiety but the gratitude reminders and thoughtful messages really help me. Thank you for your help.
