1 I don't know how I found your site, but I'm grateful. I'm a nurse that has been working in a critical care unit during this long pandemic. I have been stressed and heading to a dark place. I'm journaling, meditating, and documenting why I am grateful daily. Thank you for what you do. This is saving me mentally.

7 I really appreciated the gratitude challenge. It made me feel very appreciative of those different aspects of life. I felt in touch with myself and the life I experience. After completing day 5 today, I felt proud of myself for taking time to be positive when I know I can be negative a lot. This exercise helped me know there is a lot to feel positive about, and I just need to train my brain to see positivity as well. That is necessary. I can be positive too. Thank you Take 2 Minutes! 8 I want to say that I am very thankful for this service that you provide. When things are tough and your mind is crowded with troubles, it can be difficult to remember that there are better days. This service butts into the middle of all those troubles and asks me to remember and focus on the way those good days felt.
9 I love the daily messages that gives me something to center my mind with when the negative takes hold. I'm sure this is the same for many many other people.
