7 I love seeing your messages come through each day. They often hit something I needed. I shared a message the other day with my teenage nephew. It was very timely for him.
8 I love the daily messages that gives me something to center my mind with when the negative takes hold. I'm sure this is the same for many many other people.
9 I have tried other mood tracking apps in the past that didn't work out, the Take 2 Minutes text-based links were really great. They sent me daily reminders to do them, and they didn't shove my past answers in my face as other apps have in the past. I find it's better for my mental health that way, as I remember to do it, and I don't have to constantly see that my mood changes, and that I don't have to watch the graph of my mood drop daily.
