Through some bad news I honestly had to fight and make myself complete the gratitude text each morning but I did! And it always made me feel better.  8   I have tried other mood tracking apps in the past that didn't work out, the Take 2 Minutes text-based links were really great. They sent me daily reminders to do them, and they didn't shove my past answers in my face as other apps have in the past. I find it's better for my mental health that way, as I remember to do it, and I don't have to constantly see that my mood changes, and that I don't have to watch the graph of my mood drop daily.

 9   I want to thank you for healing my life. A year ago, I was texting a suicide hotline because I couldn’t even speak of the fears inside. That is a past story now and with your kind words, you have allowed me to join in the beauty of the day instead of experiencing the fear.
