4 This app has been very helpful for me I suffer from extreme anxiety but I'm also a CEO of a non-profit and all kinds of other boring information but it's a huge puzzle piece of disconnection. Your app helps me stay grounded. I have a lot of people relying on me. I could go on and on, but I feel like I'm not alone; especially because it pops up and it's like getting a call from my mom.

7 Because of thise service I've started keeping track of things I'm grateful for, memories that bring me joy, and day dreams that can relieve my anxiety.
8 The journals also had prompts that were available as an additional activity in the journal, which allowed me to reflect on other things in my life that bring me joy or that I am grateful for in general. I found this very helpful because occasionally the prompt would be related to media or music, and allowed me to reflect on the joy I feel from those things, as well as how grateful I am to have them as a resource in my life.
9 I want to thank you for healing my life. A year ago, I was texting a suicide hotline because I couldn’t even speak of the fears inside. That is a past story now and with your kind words, you have allowed me to join in the beauty of the day instead of experiencing the fear.
