I am grateful for discovering the Take 2 Minutes app! I have found that engaging in simple activities that it has helped me change my perspective on things.
I am grateful for Take 2 Minutes to help me think positively and grateful, thank you!
I'm grateful for take2mins because you guys help me to stay grounded.
I'm a 20-year healthcare provider, you have been very very helpful and I like that the app doesn't scream out at me; I can choose to look at the text or not it's very comforting. There's a lot of insightful dynamics that might not be obvious to someone suffering from anxiety and who's not self-aware but I really mean it I appreciate it thank you for your message I hope you have a good day.
This app has been very helpful for me I suffer from extreme anxiety but I'm also a CEO of a non-profit and all kinds of other boring information but it's a huge puzzle piece of disconnection. Your app helps me stay grounded. I have a lot of people relying on me. I could go on and on, but I feel like I'm not alone; especially because it pops up and it's like getting a call from my mom.
I would just like to say that I tremendously enjoyed your 3GT process. It was a lot of fun. thank you for your good hard work.
In the mist of loneliness and depression your creative dream has helped me many more times than I can count to bring me back to a good place. I've been in therapy for years and you guys have done more for me and I have gained more from you than all those years.
I have tried other mood tracking apps in the past that didn't work out, the Take 2 Minutes text-based links were really great. They sent me daily reminders to do them, and they didn't shove my past answers in my face as other apps have in the past. I find it's better for my mental health that way, as I remember to do it, and I don't have to constantly see that my mood changes, and that I don't have to watch the graph of my mood drop daily.
This meditation changed my thoughts about forgiveness. I have so much going on I felt that I needed to forgive others for hurting me when in reality I've hurt others as well. I don't always listen to meditations and something told me to listen to this one. Thank you
