I don't know how I found your site, but I'm grateful. I'm a nurse that has been working in a critical care unit during this long pandemic. I have been stressed and heading to a dark place. I'm journaling, meditating, and documenting why I am grateful daily. Thank you for what you do. This is saving me mentally.
I am really appreciative of the daily messages. They make me stop and think about concrete actions I can take to be more positive and help me reflect on my mood.
I LOVE Take 2 Minutes. I have noticed a huge difference in my outlook. I find myself looking at the positive in things. My patience and tolerance levels are better. Even my husband has noticed. It states to wait 15 days to start 3 goods things again but I want to keep doing it every day because I'm afraid I will lose my outlook.
I am grateful for the reminders that are provided by Take 2 Minutes. It helps with my focus.
This app has been very helpful for me I suffer from extreme anxiety but I'm also a CEO of a non-profit and all kinds of other boring information but it's a huge puzzle piece of disconnection. Your app helps me stay grounded. I have a lot of people relying on me. I could go on and on, but I feel like I'm not alone; especially because it pops up and it's like getting a call from my mom.
Keep it up! You're doing an awesome job and positively impacting a lot of people - probably in ways we don't even know.
Thank you for founding this service that can spread a little light onto those who need it. The world needs more people like you and your team.
Your service has saved my life. When I was at a low and very dark place, your messages came shining through like a miracle and reinforced that I was lovable and a good person.
I have tried other mood tracking apps in the past that didn't work out, the Take 2 Minutes text-based links were really great. They sent me daily reminders to do them, and they didn't shove my past answers in my face as other apps have in the past. I find it's better for my mental health that way, as I remember to do it, and I don't have to constantly see that my mood changes, and that I don't have to watch the graph of my mood drop daily.
