 1   I LOVE Take 2 Minutes. I have noticed a huge difference in my outlook. I find myself looking at the positive in things. My patience and tolerance levels are better. Even my husband has noticed. It states to wait 15 days to start 3 goods things again but I want to keep doing it every day because I'm afraid I will lose my outlook.

 2   Take 2 Minutes Is an extremely effective app. The text messages are such that one does not dismiss them, but carries through. Also, when in need it immediately sends you what you need. For example, if I need grounding I text that and they text me back the appropriate practice. Thank you for such an awesome system!

 3   So far I have enjoyed the daily quick messages. They have all been wise and common sense messages many of which I have not thought about recently.

 4   I am grateful for you helping me to have a positive life.

 5   I am grateful that you are helping me with a positive response and meditation.

 6   This app has been very helpful for me I suffer from extreme anxiety but I'm also a CEO of a non-profit and all kinds of other boring information but it's a huge puzzle piece of disconnection. Your app helps me stay grounded. I have a lot of people relying on me. I could go on and on, but I feel like I'm not alone; especially because it pops up and it's like getting a call from my mom.

 7   Because of thise service I've started keeping track of things I'm grateful for, memories that bring me joy, and day dreams that can relieve my anxiety.

 8   I love the daily messages that gives me something to center my mind with when the negative takes hold. I'm sure this is the same for many many other people.

 9   The best part about the app is that it is completely text-based which saves a lot of time and effort otherwise it would have been really hectic to visit the website for the activities.
