 1   I LOVE Take 2 Minutes. I have noticed a huge difference in my outlook. I find myself looking at the positive in things. My patience and tolerance levels are better. Even my husband has noticed. It states to wait 15 days to start 3 goods things again but I want to keep doing it every day because I'm afraid I will lose my outlook.

 2   So far I have enjoyed the daily quick messages. They have all been wise and common sense messages many of which I have not thought about recently.

 6   This app has been very helpful for me I suffer from extreme anxiety but I'm also a CEO of a non-profit and all kinds of other boring information but it's a huge puzzle piece of disconnection. Your app helps me stay grounded. I have a lot of people relying on me. I could go on and on, but I feel like I'm not alone; especially because it pops up and it's like getting a call from my mom.

 7   The gratitude challenge was a wonderful experience. The suggested topics made me think and were deeply meaningful to me. The process fostered recognition of some joyful obvious I had been missing. Thank you!

 8   Because of thise service I've started keeping track of things I'm grateful for, memories that bring me joy, and day dreams that can relieve my anxiety.

 9   I quite enjoy the text-based app because it was easily accessible, as it provided me with a link to the website each time I got a message, instead of me having to log in on my computer. Also, since it is a text-based app system, the messages were very short and simple to read, as opposed to a long paragraph in an email.
