2 I really appreciated the gratitude challenge. It made me feel very appreciative of those different aspects of life. I felt in touch with myself and the life I experience. After completing day 5 today, I felt proud of myself for taking time to be positive when I know I can be negative a lot. This exercise helped me know there is a lot to feel positive about, and I just need to train my brain to see positivity as well. That is necessary. I can be positive too. Thank you Take 2 Minutes! 3 I have started to experience more positive emotions using the app which in turn made me a much happier person in general. I find it interesting that the activities were text-based. This is very good because it appeals to the people of our current generation. I found that the social positivity part where the app texts you positive things was very cool. It almost felt like you were receiving a text from a friend that is positive and joyful. I loved the fact that this was incorporated by the app and helped me increase my self-esteem.
4 This meditation changed my thoughts about forgiveness. I have so much going on I felt that I needed to forgive others for hurting me when in reality I've hurt others as well. I don't always listen to meditations and something told me to listen to this one. Thank you
5 My absolute favorite part of the app was the 3 good things (3GT). I love that I was able to set a timer where the system will send a friendly reminder to complete it. With the 3GT portion I really had to reflect on my day. There was one day where I had to really think hard about the 3GT because it was a difficult day. However, this helped me to slow down and think about the small things and how grateful I am to even be able to complete another day. This system has shifted my mindset in a positive light. I highly recommend take 2 minutes.
