Here is How You Help

  • Setup Reminders
    For many of our activities, such as daily meditations, gratitude journaling, and three good things, you can setup days and times to receive reminders.
  • Ease Into It
    I see many subscribers setup reminders for everything, every day of the week. Similar to any activity, you can burn-out; even with positivity. Use the above-mentioned reminders, but consider alternating days and even give yourself days off while starting. Maybe Gratitude Journal on Tuesdays and Thursdays and Meditate on Mondays and Fridays, as an example. Do not even setup reminders for Wednesdays or the weekends until you feel it is time for more.
  • Encouragement
    Sometimes a little motivation from friends or family can help. You can always setup a group, invite your friends or family to the group, and you can turn on "Activity Summary Viewable by All". This will allow everyone in your group to see activities being completed by others and sometimes that offers all of you a little motivation.
