We began as a service for self-help. We began with a mission to provide positivity and exercises to those in need,
those working on personal well-being, and those wanting to improve their happiness. As we grow, we continue to
offer more activities that may help you.
For you, the individual taking steps for personal well-being, use our activities. If you do not want the daily positive messages,
simply test back 'pause soc+' and you can continue to use the other services. But stick with it! Gratitude Journaling,
meditating, and other well-being activities are like exercises. You do not see improvements from doing it once
or twice. It is only through repeated practice that the results will be noticed.
